The manager of the site www.psychora.com is Chora srl headquartered in Pavia, on via Sant’Invenzio 2; the Company holds the position of owner of the data processing pursuant to art. 28 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003. This policy is released in accordance with the general ordered issued by the Authority for protection of personal information on 8 May 2014, entered into force on 3 June 2015 and subsequent amendments and additions, as well as in accordance with the Order on online profiling of users of 19 March 2015 published in the O.G. no. 103 of 6 May 2015. Chora specifies not to us cookies owners of profiling or other technical methods owners of profiling such as fingerprinting, email tracker or Clear GIF/Beacons except as specified below in relation to third parties (ie persons different from the Owner including dealers).
2. Temporary and Persistent Cookies
The use of session cookies (which are not permanently stored on the user's computer and disappear when the browser is closed) is strictly limited to transmitting session identifiers (consisting of random numbers generated by the server) necessary to enable the safe and efficient exploration of the Site.
